*Il **processo di digitalizzazione** è forse uno degli aspetti per il quale si possa guardare al 2020 con uno sguardo positivo. Innegabile ammettere quanto quest'ultimo anno abbia impresso un’innaturale accelerazione verso il digitale.  Anche se la **Comunità europea** tiene a dirci che non è stato abbastanza, dobbiamo parimenti riconoscere quanto questo task sia diventato prioritario per tutti, tramutandosi da una **responsabilità spesso circoscritta al ruolo “IT”** ad un punto fondamentale dell’agenda che ormai riguarda **tutto il “Business”**.*
