*Dalla consapevolezza di quanto sia delicata e fondante la fase di onboarding delle nuove risorse è nata la decisione di ripensare e integrare il nostro **Start Program**, ovvero il processo di inserimento dei neoassunti in Elmec. Riflettendo su quale fosse il modo migliore di accogliere i nostri colleghi, abbiamo pensato di lanciare un **evento in presenza** che permettesse di “andare oltre” la propria quotidianità in reparto e vedere dal vivo i volti di chi ha costruito l’azienda in cui lavoriamo, di chi la rappresenta ogni giorno, di chi decide quale direzione prenderà negli anni a venire. Si tratta anche di una nuova modalità, più semplice ed efficace, per raccontare i valori cardine della nostra realtà.*
